We guarantee full customer satisfaction on every order, placed on the web, over the phone or in person at our Sioux Falls location. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, The Flower Shop will do what ever it takes to make you happy. 

This applies to all orders placed with the Flower Shop, for local deliveries in Sioux Falls and also out of town deliveries.

Please keep in mind that we do not know if you are not satisfied unless you contact us. Please notify us within three (3) days from the delivery date for this guarantee to be valid on out of town orders, and within seven (7) days on local orders.

All orders are guaranteed to be fresh and beautiful. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will replace it or refund your money. All we ask is your feedback so we can make you happy.

Fresh arrangements should last 7-14 days if properly cared for. Roses from The Flower Shop have a vase life up-wards of 7 days, even after reaching full bloom. Planter baskets will last for several weeks, if watered regularly. Please note that some seasonal flowers (i.e. iris, tulips, daffodils) may only last 3-5 days. This is a characteristic of the flower, and we can only guarantee these flowers for this amount of time.
